Every membership begins with a 3-month minimum commitment, including exclusive training benefits and membership savings. Longer commitments unlock even greater rewards.

When your commitment ends, you have three options:

Do Nothing: Your membership automatically continues at the standard month-to-month rate with your regular training benefits.

Make a Change: Choose a different membership, an add-on, or upgraded 12-month commitment to enjoy exclusive benefits and discounted rates.
