Can parents stay and watch?
Of course! We have bleachers placed on the sideline of every court for parents to sit and watch!
Do you offer a free class?
Yes. We offer a complimentary Spark Free Class to help you and your athlete discover the Flame experience.
Is an evaluation required?
No. Upon request, we conduct a placement evaluation to determine your athlete's skill level and the most appropriate training environment.
What is the difference between memberships?
Our Coach-Led Basketball memberships (Ignite, Forge, Inferno, Blaze) determine how many classes your athlete can attend monthly. Blaze offers unlimited access. Shooting Lab is also a membership option or add-on but is not Coach-Led.Â
How does placement work?
Placement is based on age, skill level, and readiness. It ensures your athlete is in an environment that matches their development stage.
Can I change memberships later?
Yes. You can adjust your membership at any time. We recommend reviewing your options to find the best long-term value for your athlete.
Are classes co-ed?
Training classes can be co-ed but are also based on skill & competition level. However, we do offer classes that are boys only and girls only.
What does the initiation fee cover?
The initiation fee covers the cost of the Flame Uniform and player insurance.
Can non-members book private training?
No. We only offer private and semi-private training sessions for members who are committed to our development system.
What is Shooting Lab?
Shooting Lab provides repetition and measurable volume to improve shooting accuracy and consistency using our Dr.Dish shooting machine. Classes are NOT Coach-Led.
What is VertiMax?
VertiMax is resistance training that focuses on unlocking explosive potential through speed, strength, and movement.
How do rentals work?
We offer court rentals for private events, leagues, tournaments, pickleball, and more. Our team handles all booking and coordination. See rentals page to inquire.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation must be submitted in writing and does not take effect retroactively.Â
What commitment options are available?
We offer Month-to-Month commitment after a required 3-month term, or 12-Month prepaid commitments (best long-term value + additional benefits).
